This is a dream just for you. But then most dreams are like that, aren't they? So there is nothing strange or surprising about the way the landscape of your slumber shifts, blanketed suddenly by white fog.
It's loud, this fog, but only visually. The stark whiteness screams at your eyes as it rolls in like a thundercloud or a herd of buffalo. You know that there is something you want within this fog. And so you go, stepping out like a ghost into a world that is blanketed in white, hiding an ocean within which is a pearl.
