Drawing a circle and then adding in a line for the jaw, beginning to add in the rough shape of the neck and where the hairline sat, Bastien glanced up: "What I could see, as I approached, is that you do seem quite miserable. Tell me what is on your mind?" That would be more informative to the sketch than any posed reference. His hands busy, Bastien did not reach for his usual handshake, but he smiled wide.
