And Ludo has been there all along, even before this shrine. Watching Hester play, tapping its raggedy tendrils to her music, bopping and bobbing along to the more jovial melodies.
Indeed, it is trying to balance the scroll on the tip of a bit of fabric as it warbles about the shrine, porcelain mask bright with enjoyment.
"But what do you need to be protected against?" it asks, curious about the trouble she can get into with such a comparatively fun filled job.
