”How could I forget it?” The night spent together on a private moonlit beach had marked a handful of firsts, doors long passed over over finally found, unlocked. Perhaps not opened, not all of them, but it marked another moment where things had shifted between them, their bond cementing itself deeper.
And, of course, Nate had ridden Sunjata on the beach almost until neither of them could function.
They shift, Nate more than happy to let himself be positioned as his husband wants, wings wrapping around them in a warm close cocoon that seems to soothe something deep in the ascended, something he hadn’t known was aching. Control seems to teeter between them, and though he is happy to follow after Sunjata’s lead, Nate can’t resist rolling his hips again, more insistent, more inviting this time.
For a moment, something warm and smug manages to live on Nate’s face, before the latest spark rushes through him, lighting things up that haven’t been touched in far too long. Some deep down part of him swears he feels his heart skip.
More than sensation though, it fills Nate with a desperation, his hands moving to Sunjata’s shoulders, bending him almost in half so he can press a desperate, messy kiss to his husband. Fingers curl in the short crop of the other mans hair, keeping them close together while needy sounds pour out of him and into Sunjata. Teeth that have for the moment been kept away threaten the attuned’s lips, ignored for a moment longer, awaiting permission, a game that can only be kept up so long before Nate snaps and simply takes what he wants, what he needs.
