Jack senses the stir of what he can only describe as juvenile recklessness from the governor - and had this been a discussion of business, he might have been very much against it. But it's pleasure they're talking about now, and so he doesn't stop Sunjata from dragging him out of the chair. (He does let out an obligatory oi!, as if to ask the Flood to reconsider his manhandling, at least for a bit).
"Oh? Desginated to a waitin' room, am I?" he drawls as he's pulled out of the office, knocking back the rest of the whiskey and just about managing to leave it on the desk before he's ushered out of the room completely. It would be a lie to say that the couple of drinks in quick succession isn't lending the captain a buzz as well, and so as Sunjata leans past him to lock the door to the office, he's already got half of an idea about what the governor has planned.
In short, he's ready when Sunjata leans in, a hand snatching out to curl around the other man's neck, dragging him in further with the full intention of overbalancing him, the smuggler's back hitting against the door. Already his free hand is wandering, raking along scars and tanned skin towards the small of his back, fingertips pricking into the flesh.
