But the Flood shifts to stand now, smoothing out his shirt and running a hand through his hair now that Jack’s dressed.”You know I never say no to a drink.” It’s mumbled half under his breath, but he goes to grab his books and notes he’d brought, moving to open the door before Jack, slowly, so that he might get used to the light beforehand.
