Come down, little darling,
and lay at my breast
"Dear, don't introduce yourself as a nobody. That's a self-fulfilling prophecy." She advised, crossing her arms but not wearing an unkind expression; the advice was genuinely meant. "One of those 'Outlander's... I've heard of it." Whether she approved or not was left for Aurelia to decide, Mildew herself not sure yet.
As for the storms, all she could do was laugh. "I was here hundreds of years before the storms and I'll be here hundreds after. I liked the quiet, really. Don't worry about me; I'm exactly where I want to be." Mildew had missed seeing Frey, but other than that the barrier's existence and the blocking off of other areas had not affected her too much. She was the swamp, at the end of the day, and knew her place.
Oh, come a little closer
and I'll do the rest
and I'll do the rest
