Ronin did seem to glance towards the box he was hiding for a moment, but then the Demi God's eyes very suddenly left it, as if he no longer cared; Gideon had to do his best not to look confused, knowing that would be suspicious, but did Ronin really not find the scene before him worrying? Taking advantage of the man's apparent indifference, Gideon quickly put the box in the hole and began to move the stone.
He didn't get very far, the opening only half covered up as Ronin began to speak; Normally Gideon would have jumped up to help, eager to assist a Demi God..but something in Ronin's tone made him think this was trouble of a whole different sort. Surely not, right?
Looking up at Ronin with his most purposefully blank and respectful face, Gideon asked: "What's the trouble, Ronin? I'll help if I can."
