REMI
Remi doesn't want to double his husband. Rarely has he before. Perhaps this isn't even doubt, but just some close cousin of anger that's annoyed the Star isn't as riled up about this as he is. Only...Ronin is plenty upset. He just isn't as outwardly aggressive as Remi is. Sighing, Remi forces himself to still as the world around them grows quiet and speculative.
"I'd rather that risk, than letting him walk free." Remi replies gravely. 'Perhaps just me, then. For Mateo's sake.' Because if Ronin was right, what of their son? "But I can't imagine Ludo letting us toil away like that. Not with everything happening with the ascended."
Shrugging his shoulders, Remi squeezes Ronin's hand twice as they step into the portal. It welcomes them perhaps far too readily, and all too soon they're standing on the beaches of Torchline once again.

Now don't you look so grand, runnin'

Speaks with a thick Italian accent.
Force and magic can be used against Remi without permission.
