"Hey, listen, okay-" she tries to interject defensively, but he hits the nail on the head and it stifles anything else.
As for being out of starlight, she blinks stupidly and then shrugs it off, "I don't even know what that means, but okay. Look," she pauses, feeling a laugh starting to bubble up, "Yes, I expected you to be... shinier - or something. More godly. No offense but.. instead, you're playing me in a game of Blackjack and trying to drink my rum." She holds the bottle back out to him at this.
