Once Ronin’s on his feet, Sunjata can at least unlock the door to the upstairs, to the Advocates spread out with beds and a shower and even a kitchenette. A place where all of his guild members can stay when without a home for the time being. It’s this that he locks behind them too once Ronin’s made it through. He guides the Star up the stairs to the couch, sprawled with ramphire blankets and pillows, plush luxury all things considered.
He guides Ronin to the couch, listening and feeling for his friend, the frown pulling at his face as he nods lightly. He doesn’t understand it, not entirely, but he can mull over his words while he grabs a hefty jug of water for Ronin. He returns, offering it to his friend, sitting in front of him on the coffee table. “People… Say and do things when they’re upset they don’t entirely mean.” Gods knew Sunjata had his fair share. “Remi came to me in a dream. We… Agreed it shouldn’t have gone that far, that you shouldn’t have had to choose. It was a good talk.” He pauses to run his tongue along his lower lip in idle consideration.
“I forgave him. I don’t know if it’ll help what’s going on between you two but maybe you should try reaching out to him when you’ve cleaned up a bit and feel a bit better.” He leans back, running a hand through his hair.
