The name sounds important and almost familiar, like it should ring some sort of bell, like she should know who 'Wessex Theskyra' is. Unfortunately, her memory fails her in this experience of near-death, as fight or flight (emphasis on fight) slowly works its way out of her brain. Her breathing settles and her stance relaxes.
She peels herself away from the trunk of the tree and blinks down at Wessex's hand. After some contemplation, she takes it and gives it a firm shake, offering her own name in turn, "Aurelia Murlow. I'm from Torchline." She adds on that bit of information as a bit of a habit at this point, and perhaps because she's begun to find pride in it now.
"Did you..." her hand pulls back and she glances down towards the remains of the tiger, "was that you that...?" She trails off, hoping the question is obvious, "I didn't think my magic could do something like that." Strangely, rather than be horrified by it anymore, she's actually kind of... impressed.
