Ah, there was the clumsy Cameron that they themself knew so well. They clung to the pane, feeling it slipping out of their sweaty, fumbling fingers -- they could tell that it was too late, that the balance had shifted and that pane was on its way out.
Maybe Aamu could grab it, though, if Cam could hang on just a little longer. They shifted their grip a bit, trying to keep the pane suspended at least for long enough for Aamu to catch it, no matter how much it strained their not-exactly-impressive muscles. They'd rather feel a bit more tired than lose some of Mabel's precious supply of glass.
