Whatever Tobi might have said next is cut off by the roar of a sudden wind. It tugs the reddish sands all around them from where they lay, thrusting them up into the sky in a whirling vortex. It's so thick that Tobi instinctively drops to her knees, coughing and doing her best to cover her nose and eyes. It hardly does any good, and quickly Tobi finds herself shifting so that her thick coat might provide some respite from the sudden hurricane-level winds.
Oliver? She calls out, running away from the winds as if that were possible, though having no idea where she was going.
