But he doesn’t say it, because his shoulders weigh too heavy.
So he settles instead easily beside her, until it eats away at him enough that his lips part. “I have to talk to you, heuningby.” He murmurs quietly into the jungle, casting his gaze straight ahead of him, listening to the carefree calls of the strange birds here.
