Massage is quite the fitting art for Hotaru, she thinks to herself as she watches Noah writhe and try to hold himself still beneath her probing fingertips. The only path to healing is wading intentionally through pain. Ironic then, that she cannot do this for herself. That she gathers and accumulates all the pain of her clients, pulling it free with skilled hands and an eye for setting a relaxing environment, and never finds a way to dispel it entirely from her own skin.
