Frowning rather than articulating the protest that's immediately on his tongue, the alchemist just gives Vai a look of I know I am right, and leaves it at that. Vai was eternal and the alchemist was helpless to see her as anything other than that.
"I am sure they would. Juniper, who acts as a diplomat for the fae now, has a good mind. She is untrusting of outsiders the way all fae are, but.." Remi ruffles a hand through his curls which in no way helps the chaotic state of his hair and shrugs. "...she is at least willing to listen to reason and does not jump to conclusions." Besides, Vai was an asset to the fae, and as close to being a child of the Woods as anyone might hope to be who wasn't born in them.
"Well you will have Ianto as company. I do not see him leaving the Woods ever. And with everything I am meant to do here, many of the fae probably have not even noticed that I have left."
