Quick decisive steps wind her way to the third floor, heels clipping along the floor as she reaches the door and knocks, hoping that Cian is within. “Sir, it’s Seraphina. I didn’t make an appointment, but I believe it’s a bit urgent.” She calls through the door, waiting to open it just in case she catches him unaware.
