The confirmation of being Nate’s princess, has him unable to keep the amusement from his face – one that breaks through his feigned upset. So of course he sends his own image back, not of a suit, but a dark, beautiful ballroom of just the two of them and candles sprinkled throughout as Nate drifts closer and Sunjata’s arm winds around from his hip to the small of his back, the hand in Nate’s giving his a squeeze. He can’t help but to lean in and press himself closer, to press his forehead against his husband’s as he stops the humming song under his breath. Yes, Skatjie? There’s no underlying worry or fear that he’s about to get something dropped on him, just pure innocent curiosity and an intense amount of attention for what Nate wants to say.
