Cooing and mewling at the ragdoll, Edy contorts herself into all sorts of shapes that she might nuzzle herself against the cat. Lover of almost all animals (except landsharks, fuck those fucks), this was absolutely not a way to stall having to do any cleaning or tidying. But of course Sam had to go and ruin it by being endlessly practical, ruining Edy's opportunity to lay on the floor and cuddle his cat.
Cocking her head at the sound of the crash and sighing Mia's wake, Edy picks herself off the floor and moves to stand with her arms crossed at the entrance to the kitchen. "Looks to me like once upon a time you had someone to impress and just shoved everything you owed into a cupboard." She notes sceptically, lips pursed and eyes playfully narrowed. "On a scale from one to none of it, how much of this junk d'you actually wanna keep?"
