"Gods, same," he mumbles with a wry smile, turning his head to kiss Remi's temple. "This just is what it is," he concludes, as if there's no real way to describe it without it getting... sticky.

He leaves it up to Remi, though he has the idea that there's no way this will make for light conversation either way.
