Despite her somewhat aggressive turn, Remi's smile doesn't waiver nor does his own posture shift. There is precious little in this world capable of truly wounding him, and even an explosive outburst from Amalia wouldn't scratch the surface. "Mateo has been spending a good amount of time with the florist next door to us. He keeps asking which plants he can eat. You wouldn't happen to know, would you? Normally I would go in for trial and error, but.." Well. He wanted to keep his son alive.
