Conversation returns to something strictly professional, Nate shuffling the papers around so he can take a few notes, lingering on the first floor before rushing to take the stairs two at a time just to catch up and not miss anything Maeve says. “Is the third floor more of the same?” He questions as a room is opened up, Nate following her into one of the bedrooms and leaning against the wall. His brows pinch as he looks around, tongue dipping out of his mouth again as he thinks, then adds another note to his pad.
