My favourite. Nate has time to purr before he’s leaning in, biting down. He’s careful, more so than he needs to be, to only take enough for a shift, to not tarry in pleasure, but he still keeps himself pressed close to Sunjata when he withdraws. A handful of hurried kisses press to the attuned’s neck, that warmth glowing in Nate’s eyes when he pulls back completely and smiles at his husband. He’s pulled back in almsot immediately, humming into the kiss and looking far more dazed when they part this time.
“You go on ahead, I’m gonna mark the edges.” Nate’s voice is small, instead of hoarse, the words kept privately between the pair of them. Even with the plan set, it takes him another long moment to move, leaning back away from Sunjata and smiling, then turning to find something he can use as a rough unit of measurement. Sure, marking the corners is a little less glamorous than ripping up the ground, but it’s arguably more important. And, as an added bonus, Nate gets to keep an interested eye on his husband as he shifts and lets loose a little.
