For Melita, it was all fun and games.
The note was received with her regular aplomb and energy, eventually scouring the house for anything she could utilize. She found some leftover bacon, which would do nicely roasted, and some trick dice scattering herself amongst the market. The snow would have to be snagged once she was there, considering the lack of it amongst the beach.
But she and Fangorn arrived without hesitation, and she snagged a basketful’s worth of snow from the seemingly endless fields and clearings, along all her other belongings. Chipper, and no longer barefoot, she and her companion sidled their way through the growing crowd, waving toMaeve (and her son – who seemed much larger now – what was the deal with Caido and kids anyway?) and Aidon.
