Remi has stones from the Stonesong, and Ronin has fallen antlers from an unlucky luxere, painstakingly carved with constellations and vines, representing the marriage of his time in the Greatwood with his lady of the stars. He walks quietly alongside his husband, their fingers entwined and fresh fallen snow crunching under their feet. He can feel the tension rolling off Remi, and though he itches with questions, he also knows better than to pry after all this time.
