Edge hopping another time sounded great to Paige. Plus it gave her an excuse to play with Melita again. Not that the young Attuned needed one. Instead she sat up with a grin, taking Melita's hand to get back onto her feet, sniffing at the air as her stomach growled. The scent of sweet and savory pastries alike reached her from where they were standing above the crowd, reminding her of the real mission all along, "Let's go! I'm starving!" Paige chirped, grapping onto Melita's hand and tugging her towards a safe way to get down.
They had pastries to eat and stories to share. Who knew... Maybe they could play another game of tag before Melita had to go do grown up things.
