And perhaps sooner than she thought, as she tries in vain to stifle her snickers when the mud claims his boot moments later. “Justice is swift and sweet,” she crows, dancing up the path jubilantly. Perhaps I can ask Frey - as it’s related to their realm.” She hasn’t seen them since her Attunement, but at least she doesn’t have to worry about righting things as Deimos does. “Of course if we begin dismantling them it may hasten the war. The Greatwood is questing to injure any Ascended who come through the portal into the woods, and that seems to be only marginally accepted due to the crimes committed against them. Nobody asked if we wanted the portals, but taking them away will surely be taken as an act of aggression.” Tensions are already high, and Hotaru doesn’t intend to fool herself about how the lines in the sand are only going to deepen.
