Morose thoughts are luckily easily chased away by the grumbles of his impending retaliation, a low noise that only sparks fire across her cheeks as she grins. Mud is his weapon of choice against her, but this time she’s prepared, lifting the bracers Frey had given her to bounce it harmlessly away. Darting close, she seeks to grab onto him, ready to try out a new magic she had discovered quite by accident when shopping one afternoon: “Freeze!” More a yip of excited playfulness than a command, wondering the extent of her abilities (of which she will find it’s not much).
