"Ohh, would you look at..." Tilting a jar of saffron in her hand, Tobi was just about to unscrew the lid to take a whiff when a pair of shiny black eyes caught her attention. 'Shooo!' She huffs at it, waving the jar and sending the creature back into the darkened depths of the pantry. Clucking her tongue, it was only after checking a few more cupboards and shooing away a few more mice that Tobi began to realize..
Already a touch frazzled from having been late, it's no wonder that October so quickly succumbs to her instincts. Outside, Gideon and the sisters as well as the children will hear the bright and vocal barks of a rather large dog, followed by the skittering of large paws against the floor. Not a breed meant to be a mouser by any stretch of the imagination, it's through sheer determination alone that Tobi tries to terrify the rodent infestation into leaving.
