As Remi speaks, Ronin has already gotten comfortable in his chair and has picked out two clean pieces of parchment to eventually transcribe the letters onto. The inkstained ones can be used as scrap for ideas and, after delicately cleaning off the quill, Ronin dips it into the pot of ink (or any stray puddle of it) and jots down what Remi has said into bulletpoints beneath each of the names.
