A voice catches his attention and he turns, looking at the younger man. "Just enjoying the sights. Really is beautiful here. And I'm from Torchline so that's sayin' something." He grins widely as he makes his way closer. "And came to pay my respects to the Voice. She saved me once." Because it was the right thing to do.
"Not to be... Too forward. But can I ask you something?" He drips with predatory intent, something he picked up from a friend. "The Voice wanted me to share my abilities with the Ascended.. You wouldn't want a bite, would you? Can use my wrist." He holds his arm out, his sleeved rolled up to reveal the pulsing vein. "Or my neck, whatever's most comfortable for you." See? He's already got bites littered all over it.
