When offered, Sah took the slice that Melita had cut. "This is perfect, thank you." Through their bond Lilly sent a wave of excitement. She was eager to see what this weird creature tasted like as well. The wolf walked up to Melita and gave her a small lick on the hand, her own manner of thanks.
Once Melita finished up, Sah turned to his friend. "You good to go? Did you need help bringing it somewhere?" He wasn't sure what exactly entailed the rest of her quest, but if she needed him to stick around, he could. Otherwise, he and Lilly were already eager to eat and would probably head home so that Melita could continue her quest.
