Remi feels as though he's back in Northaven with his hands pressed against Ronin's body to try and keep pressure on a wound. The memory blooms in his mind not because of the blood, but because it had been the first time he'd properly touched the then-storm guard, and it had been as exhilarating as it was confusing. Something about his hand in Ronin's felt like that, leaving the alchemist nearly delirious with intrigue and embarrassment in equal measure. Hiccuping back a breath as Remi tries both to relax his fingers in Ronin's (gods, he'd done this a thousand times, but just now he couldn't figure out how tightly he normally held the other man's...?), he decides it's all too much and slips his fingers from Ronin's under the guise of needing to itch his back.

"Oh, good idea." Relieved, Remi grabs two handfuls that he might not have to feign another reason not to take Ronin's hand. "Lead the way." Blushing and feeling a touch breathless each time his eyes met the Huntsman's, Remi stole another nibble from the berries he held as if that might help.
