Nikolai was regretting his life choices, as usual. Lost in thought or possibly the book in his hand, the young Ascended had strayed far from his path. Past the settlement and past his usual reading nooks in the rubble still. He'd somehow ended up at the entrance to the Labyrinth.
Eyeing the crumbling stone, Nikolai contemplated his options. With his night vision, surely, he'd be able to see his way. He had a decent enough memory to find his way out. At least, he hoped he did. Mind made, the young Ascended placed his book back into his jacket pocket and took the first step in.
Wandering the paths, he tried to keep track of where he was going, one hand always on the same side of the wall. It was as he was walking that something caught his attention and made him pause.
Nikolai has entered the Labyrinth, and something has caught his attention? Maybe?
