I intend to go with Isla soon and get him back.” But if they can’t, the next steps would be delicate.
The Voice had offered to explode Nate’s body. “I don’t know how long he’s… Asleep? Shut down for, but…” He trails off, letting his shoulders drop with a quiet sigh, letting his hand rise to run through his shorter hair now, thumb pressing against his temple briefly before the hand drops.
