It is early – too early by some accounts to be drinking – but Sunjata doesn’t pay attention much to timing. So long as the twins are cared for (and my, how he’s been paying to have them watched constantly as he works to suffer through the time of having Nate back; call him a terrible father or what not.) he considers it to be a little… Experience, like a small vacation for the two. Luckily for him, they’re young enough they likely won’t remember.
Regardless, he finds himself here on the other side – it’s still his bar, is it not? He pours himself a glass and looks up from the counter to peer at the newcomer, raising a brow and searching for some amount of anything that screams Ascended. And when he doesn’t, and realizes he’s actually here to drink something and feel it, his accented voice leaves him as he moves the drink toward Jonah with a nod. “Reminiscing?” He asks, despite it not being his place. He lifts his own glass to his lips after, a smokey whiskey deep within.
