The forest never sleeps and the wolf neve dies
Sah swallows when Maeve grabs him, his eyes locking onto hers. Her words are a surprise, but only mildly. He knows she finds him attractive, but he hadn't thought she'd be ok with such intimacy. But as she thumbs over his pulse and challenges him to own up to his actions, he can't help but accept it as a fact. Maeve is into him and Sah finds himself at a loss. So, he does what he does best, goes with his instincts. Lips curling back into a smirk, the hand not held by the queen reaches up and cups her face, voice dropping an octave and taking on a slight huskiness. "You are beautiful, intoxicatingly so." Sah brushes his fingers und Maeve's eye. "You're strong and intelligent. And kind."
The Outlander shakes his head helplessly with a chuckle. "How could I not desire you?" Eyes still meeting Maeve's, he leans forward and places a gentle and chaste kiss to the corner of her mouth. "But I'd prefer to get to know you better first." His smirk melts into a gentle smile, "I'm not one for casual dalliances."
