The laugh might have drawn a genuine grin from the courier before he'd realized it if Sah hadn't dodged his snowball so effortlessly. Maybe it was childish of him, but he hated how much more graceful the Outlander could be and Tal only scowled harder.
But at least the Jester was taking him seriously now.
Either by luck or skill - or some combination thereof - Tal dodged to the left as he ran forward at an angle and Sah's projectile went wide of its intended target. "That the best you can do?" he called out, and this time the grin broke free in spite of his intentions to the contrary.
It also put him close enough to abandon the snowballs and try to tackle the other man in the hopes of pushing his face into the snow in retaliation for the telekinesis trick that had started it all!
