Isla

Isla isn't a party planner person, but she attends all the same. It feels like they don't have nearly enough chances to let off steam and enjoy themselves, and so even though she cares very little for the cold, she bundles up in a coat and scarf and lingers by the lanterns, at first, their glow casting a warm light on her face. Watching as Darkeye approaches and Maea and Amun share a conversation, Isla can't help but smile under her scarf. It almost feels normal, like this.

"This is beautiful," she murmurs to Maea after taking a few moments more to soak it all in. "And it definitely brightens up Deepfrost a bit. Did you arrange this all yourself?" She bobs her eyebrows at Amun a touch playfully, as if asking whether he had anything to do with it.
