The door opens, and though not having a shadow is nothing new for Remi, the warm light that floods out of the little houseboat seems to veer away from him, like water repelled by oil. Not bothering to lift his eyes, the alchemist gives a disinterested shake of his head. No it wasn't his blood. Maybe he would feel better if it were.

Carried by routine, as Remi steps into the houseboat and closes the door behind him, he immediately begins peeling his clothing off so that he might not track blood all throughout the house. This has become such a regular occurrence for the two that there's a basket next to the door to receive precisely these sorts of soiled garments. Naked, now with crimson just flecked across his face and staining his hands, it's only the fact that his face is devoid of any sort of expression whatsoever that suggests anything at all is wrong.

"I should shower." He murmurs mechanically, pushing past Ronin without even a glimpse towards Oria, Sugar, or the steaming cups of cocoa.
