Alex swallowed her most recent bite as the dragon began to circle. At first the only thing that occurred to her was to lament that it was this very quest that was meant to garner her fire resistance. Go figure that he's die via dragon fire in the process. her second thought is the realization that the dragon is relaxed.
The pirate's eyes turned curious at this notion and she's about to call out to the creature when the other woman appears. "Oh, it's no trouble at all. I'm happy to befriend a dragon." It was certainly better than the alternative. She stood up and poked the fire once more, rotating some of the teeth as she spoke and sent the stranger a mischievous grin. "I didn't expect to see anyone else out here. Having a midnight stroll...er.. flight?"
Did dragons need to be walked like dogs did? It seemed logical enough.
