Even as Flowerbirth rose over the world, the cold still clung to Halo. Protected though they were in the Citadel, the world outside was still as bitter and vengeful as ever. under Deimos' command, the soldiers knew their routines and understood the importance of keeping their skills sharp. The shadow of war loomed over them, and so as dawn breached the horizon the soldiers breached the training grounds. Noah followed their lead, practicing with his spear as soldiers practiced with swords and shields and spears of their own. The sun now spread its rays far over the training grounds, and as Noah made his way back towards the circle of training soldiers from a small break, he couldn't help but notice the flash of familiar auburn hair. "Good morning, Cordelia. You did not have to follow me here just to see me sweat." He teased, twirling his spear around him as he flashed her a pearly smile.
