Scrubbing at her eyes and arms as if she might rub-off whatever was clinging to her that was causing this mixture of melancholy dissatisfaction, she eventually leaves the shower smelling of subtle clean fragrances but in no better of a mood.
Peeping out into the hall to make sure Everest wasn't there (she had a towel around her, but even so), Tobi slinks across the hall and into their room only to find the telltale gestures of Finn's particular brand of love. 'What did you do to your hand?' She wonders, pressing her towel against her chest with one hand and reaching out to see what sort of bandage job he'd managed.
