A tingle ran down her spine as Frey's fingers worked their way up to her hair. "It was beautiful while it lasted." she said. But at what cost? A year with her child? Losing Harper? The coin was as two sided as Frey themselves. She turned her head and there appeared Frey, looking ever like Harper's perfected visage. Frey's allure was there as always, but they pulled on broken heartstrings too.
Still, she was happy to pass Jude over to Frey, trusting them as much as she did. Jude on his part looked up at Frey wide eyed, then grinned and waved his arms, fingers curling around whaf Phoebe imagined must be hair. He had a penchant for tugging on that. "I was excited for you to meet him." she said with a warm smile. She had wanted a child longer than she had even known Frey, and now at last her dream was realized.
The demigoddess looked around the meadow and smiled. "I'm glad you approve." she said. It seemed the most fitting place, safe from predators where unicorns roamed freely. Little baby buds amongst the flora would be the perfect addition.
