Thus when his hands grip at the hem of his shirt and his expression falters, confidence wavering in his voice, the Nightshade is quick to change her approach. His father's dimples appear at the corners of his smile and her heart melts to see them there as he giggles in response to her hands on his cheeks. "Did you go to the Rainbow Road?" She asks curiously, wondering if it was the same thing that happened to Edmund.
His arms slip around her waist in a tight hug and she drops her cheek against the top of his head as he tells her about his day, doing her best to keep her distaste off of her features of at the mention of Phoebe. "That's okay, mon soleil. What flavor did you have?" She asks, drawing back and leading him towards the kitchen, urging him to take a seat on one of the barstools. "How are you feeling now that you've grown? Different?"
