H'bout you three stand where there ought to be windows so that no one accidentally frames 'em up." Morgen suggests, though based on Sweets' body language, it's the mare who is actually conveying and giving the orders.
With three unicorns grazing near the frame to indicate where the windows should go, Morgen does his best to guide his gaggle of NPCs into getting some of the walls up. There's a lot of unladylike language going on, and were it not for the fact that Isla had already said she didn't mind much, Morgen would have been apologizing a lot more than he was.
