Deimos
Deimos hadn’t been at his desk, but amidst the clatter of blades and spears, cutlasses and knives, careening alongside the melee of his fellow guards, soldiers, and warriors. Another game he’d eventually expand upon within the citizens at large, but for the moment, honing and focusing in with the rest of his recruits. Some were nestled together, collected and shield-formed, while the rest waited for particular ambushes, patterns of evasion, ways to escape.
His laughter, and many others, rang out over the sounds as they worked their defenses and rampaged into their means, before another’s voice called amidst the clamor, announcing his name along the bedlam and chaos. Senses heightened, his head turned, glancing to where Sah must’ve been deeply embedded amidst the targets, arching his brow slightly, before nodding, and breaking away from the rooted midst. They’d continue on without him.
“It depends,” he rumbled in return, though with half a smirk etched along the corners of his mouth.
