Sah let out a huff of laughter, a smirk forming on his lips as well. "That won't be a problem." He'd sworn himself to Safrin, laid a solemn oath at her feet. There was no going back, not that the Abandoned wishes for such a thing. Given what Deimos was saying, he'd make an effort to see the Goddess sooner rather than later. Maybe to fine-tune the armor she'd crafted him before the war?
With his sword complete, Sah grinned ferally and picked it up. "Oh, I'd love to." He approached one of the targets and fluidly stepped into a fighting stance. With a quick surge, she sliced through the target, down to the wood beneath and then some. He stepped back, letting out a whistle. "Damn."
He glanced back at Deimos, "You outdid yourself." With a small laugh he added, "Again." A single upgrade and the sword's power was both noticeable and significant. It was incredible.
Turning to another target, he channeled his magic, lighting coating the blade. Unlike his recent attempts, this time the metal seemed to hold the element with little trouble. The sword felt more balanced than it had in seasons. Once more, he slashed at the dummy, but this time the crackle of lightning sent smoke into the air. The target itself was gone, turned to ash. And the wood beneath was falling apart, singed at the sides. Perhaps when he fine-tuned the sword in the future, there would be nothing left at all.
Returning to Deimos's side, Sah grinned, "Thank you. It feels fantastic."
