It curved around the largest reef formations on the way but the Arclight was filled with life and there was no way to avoid it all. That was why Safrin had tasked them with safely moving those plants and animals - and coral, which fell in between - safely out of the way. Hadama gladly obeyed that requirement from the Herald of life.
